I'm one of those multiple hop on scale people. Have to see a number consistently before I believe there's any truth in it.
1st: 184.4 "nah, can't be that. too low." 2nd: 185.2 "more like it... but let's try again" 3rd to 5th: 184.2 "holy shoot! really?" I'll take it! .... maybe I should wait until Monday so I don't get discouraged when I see it pop back up? .... but I bet we all know I won't be able to wait that long. ;) |

Wow. I'm really here. This is crazy. I can't remember the last time I was in the 180's, it must have been the 8th grade, maybe 7th.
I need to lose these 7 pounds! If the 180's feel this great, I can't imagine how the 170's will feel. :D |

oodles, welcome to the 180s!!! It's nice to remember how awesome it feels to get here for later when it seems like it's taking forever to go on to the 170s. :)
Okay, back to 186.8. this is nuts. I appear to go down to 184ish every friday just to jump back up to this on Monday. boo. |

i made a huge change in lifestyle i havent been this low in a few years. i gave up soda and drink up to 128oz of water a day. maybe more if you count the coffee intake til 2pm |
181 again but my rings are tight and my face is puffy... so I am hoping I at least lose some water weight soon!
