I didn't really do anything special. Just changed the way I eat and I started running and most recently started doing some strength training. The biggest changed I made to my eating habits was I started eating on a salad plate and stopped eating after 8:30 at night. I calorie counted a few times to get me past platueas but I didn't like that much...
You can do it. Just be patient with the process. Slow and steady wins the race...
