the other day i read a good analogy about working out.
imagine two rolls of paper towels. let's name one "jill" and the other one 'jane".
jill starts working out regularly and every week takes off one sheet at a time from her roll.
after a month, jill still pretty much looks the same as jane and feels ridiculous.
but after a few months, and even a year, suddenly jill is much smaller than jane..
i didnt tell it as well as the other person did, but it sort of cheered me up about working out every day!
ohh, i guess you could even do this in real life! Like, buy a roll of paper towels, and for everyday that you work out, tear one sheet off! It would be kind of a more visual way to think about it
