I put on my jeans today (I had been wearing khakis and capris for about a week), tightened my belt naturally and it was in one hole farther than what it had been!!! (and two holes farther than in March)!

As far as the scale goes, I had a doctors appt yesterday. Weighed in at 174.2-not quite where I was three years ago, but I am pleased. (I weighed in at the doctors at 189 last May)
