I put on my jeans today (I had been wearing khakis and capris for about a week), tightened my belt naturally and it was in one hole farther than what it had been!!! (and two holes farther than in March)!

As far as the scale goes, I had a doctors appt yesterday. Weighed in at 174.2-not quite where I was three years ago, but I am pleased. (I weighed in at the doctors at 189 last May)

Thanks-I was personally exited so I had to share (and I thought the best way to do that was a pic)...I never would have dreamed that someone would tell me my waist looks slim or great or use the word skinny referring to me in anyway shape or form. Your comments were a boost of confidence. Thanks!
