Hahaha Little Kitty; I still listen to my spice girl cd but when I come to a red light and my windows are open, I have turn it way down so no one knows.. I am ashamed to be seen singing all the lyrics to "two become one"

Anything by Black Eyed Peas gets me pumped. They've got such upbeat rhythms & it's energetic. Boom Boom Pow, I Got A Feeling, My Humps, Let's Get it Started, Don't Phunk With My Heart, Let's Get it Started, etc.

shakira, almost anything by her is good, has a great beat
maroon 5 has some awesome stuff
panic at the disco
britney spears
i actually like myley cyrus' new song "cant be tamed"
miranda lambert is good if you like country
pretty much any late 90's pop, britney, christina,
no doubt is great.

I LOVE RUNNING TRAX by Ministry of Sound. It's a 3 CD dealio, where each CD lasts for 1 hour exactly and all the tracks run into each other so there's no gap between tracks.

It's perfect for my running as I always tend to run out of steam as each track ends.

Today my suggestion is 50 Cent - "Ready For War" it's instrumental and really gets me pumped and "Heart of a Champion" - Nelly that one has the awesomest chorus evah ;P
