Default OT-Healthy Smoothie recipes?

Okay so I was looking online today and I can't seem to find a recipe for vanilla smoothies. I mean i don't mind the fruit ones, and i have found a ton of those. But I heart Vanilla and I can't seem to find anything out there for just Vanilla smoothies.

I was wondering if anyone can help me out please. i really would love to find a healthy vanilla smoothie. i would just die of happiness.

vanilla protein powder? Or you could do something with vanilla soy milk and frozen banana or vanilla yogurt and ice...

I am a smoothie junky too, but I do chocolate or fruit. I am curious to see if anyone has any good recipes!

Hmmm Vanilla Soymilk and a little banana with ice sounds good. I wonder if anyone else on here has some good recipes?

This sounds weird and it's not exactly what you're looking for, but I've been drinking Green Monstersand looooove them!

My ingredients are:
-handful of baby spinach
-1/2 cup-ish of vanilla yogurt
-1 T flax seed
-fruit (chopped up apple, blueberries, strawberries, banana, whatever I feel like)
-splash of milk or water

They are soooo yummy and don't taste spinach-y at all!

Here's my recipe for a 200cal smoothie. This baby is thick, delicious, and very filling.

- 1/2 cup light n' fit vanilla or strawberry yogurt
- 1/2 cup Trop50 orange juice (50 cal/8oz)
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 banana
- as much ice as you prefer, I usually use a handfull of cubes

It's quite a big smoothie, and it takes me about 20 min to drink. I drink it most nights on my high calorie days.

LOL.. someone referred that part of the site to me a while back so I have the page saved in my favorites.

I have tried out some of the recipes, not the smoothie ones though. Even though its not a smoothie, I HIGHLY recommend the cheesy chicken enchiladas. My DH even loved them!

Mkendrick - I am going to have to try that.. sounds good!

I have even just used frozen bananas, a little fat free milk, little bit of lite chocolate syrup and some reduced fat PB for protein. It was pretty good and was no effort at all.
