    So how much do we want to loss on april .

    I'd like to lose these last few pounds and be flexing my maintenance muscles by the end of this month!


    I'm also going to add that I pledge to not binge this month (or ever again).
  • good idea! My April goal is only to lose 3 pounds. But my non-weight goals are to not binge at all, and to exercise at least 3 x per week.
  • My april goal is 7 lbs!

  • To get in the 160s and stay there! I was 170.6 this morning.. I want to see it another day or two before I actually claim it though

  • My goal is to lose 4-5 pounds by the end of April. I think I will finally start to look tighter and less flabby.

    My goal by the end of the month is 11 lbs. Seems like a lot but I'm fairly certain I put on about 4 pounds of water weight in the last week, and its TOM right now. :S

    Would love to lose more, but I have to realize I lose really really slow.
  • I am going to aim for 199. Right now I am 209 (but my weigh in is tomorrow) so if I keep up the rate I am currently losing at, I should reach that goal.
  • I was 196.8 today! 180's by May!
