I have been doing this for about 4-5 days and have been really trying to cut back on my calories, also doing slimfast in place of B&L. Today at lunch my hubby told me that he could really see a difference and that he was happy for me.

That just made my day. It's so encouraging for someone to take notice that you are trying and I have only lost 10-11 lbs. Still have about 40-50 to go, and days like today make me want to keep doing what I'm doing and really make this work.
