Talking My Hubby Just Made My Day : )

I have been doing this for about 4-5 days and have been really trying to cut back on my calories, also doing slimfast in place of B&L. Today at lunch my hubby told me that he could really see a difference and that he was happy for me. That just made my day. It's so encouraging for someone to take notice that you are trying and I have only lost 10-11 lbs. Still have about 40-50 to go, and days like today make me want to keep doing what I'm doing and really make this work.

For every 5 lbs!

Mini Goal 1: Onederland!! - (11 lbs to go!)
Mini Goal 2: 185 - (25 lbs to go)
Mini Goal 3: 175 - (35 lbs to go)
Main Goal: 160 - (50 lbs to go)

It's great you have someone to support you! Particularly someone you love and see frequently, too! And, 10lbs is nothing to sneeze at! Be proud! Next time you go shopping pick up a ten pound bag of flour or at the gym pick up a ten pound weight. It's heavy! You used to carry that with you ALL THE TIME. And you got rid of it. Be proud of those 10lbs.

Yay!! You must not have been married for very long - lol !! Just kidding.

That's really great that he's supportive of your weight loss. And good for you! Keep up the good work

Thats great! I'm so glad that you have someone so supportive in your life! It seems to make our journey easier when we have people like that with us. Good luck on getting to your goal!
