Default What exercises do you do for a nice booty?

I'm ready to work my booty out but I am wondering what you ladies think works the best! I really wanna feeeeellll the burn!!

I do mountain climbers, squats, lunges, and dead lifts. Usually with weight (on the squats and lunges) and certainly not all in one gym day but I'll throw climbers into any routine.

I have to agree lunges and squats def. work the BUTT, and the best part is you don't need a machine.

Even running/elliptical/most types of cardio will help your butt.

For the first year of this, I didn't do any lunges, etc and my booty shrunk and got tighter.

Squats, lunges, hamstring exercises, ball roll-ins, glute raises, there's loads. The best way to work your glutes is to work your legs as well.

There's physically no point in having a tight butt if you don't have leg muscles.

I want to try the Brazil Butt Lift workout videos! My butt is so flat and droopy right now (so are my boobs, but that's another story).

On the video fitness workout forums, people rave about the butt lift videos, so I'm really looking forward to having a cute tooshie.

In the past, I've done the Firm workouts with the fanny lifter (years ago) and it really helped firm up and lift my butt, imagine that!

Definitely! I also want to look at getting some barre type workouts as well, because I think they help with building overall lean muscle. I want to get Physique 57, but I'm afraid it'll just kick my butt instead of helping me fix it.

I have a problem - I collect workout videos instead of doing them...
