Merry Meet.
Just wanted to do a quick introduction. I've been a member for about a year, bt I've not been around in a long time until recently. Anyhow, I'm 26, have 2 kids, 5 cats, and a stray dog who won't go away. I'm engaged to be married this next spring.
Currently I weigh about 168 (I fluctuate between 165 and 170) at 5'6" in height. I don't have a particular weight loss goal, but I would like to lose about 5 inches off my waist and 6 off my hips. The chest area seems ok, but the arms are a bit pudgy. I recently converted to Vegan lifestyle so that may help some, but I have a sprained ankle and can't get much exercise right now.
I have decided to make healthier choices for myself and my family, and I realize it is going to take some time. I think I'm doing good so far- I've quit smoking, and i've planted a garden (well sort of- it's in cut out gallons of milk). I am in the process of eliminating all the meat products we have in the house and replacing it with veggies foods. I'm not throwing it away, but as we run out of items I replace them with healthier choices.
