I want to see how many days I can go on my daily tasks.
I wil track my food and weight everyday and really think about something before I eat it. Then I will see how many days in a row I can go without missing. These may sound trival, but I need to take some baby steps so I don't over load myself all that once.
So there it is and I know I can do it. So far I'm on day four
What things do you guys do every single day for your WL and health?
i TRY to drink 64oz of water every day! im pretty successful too!
I try to be active. Even if it's just walking the long way to all my classes.
I like the water one and the active one too. I drink sugar free crystal light to help with my water intake because it's always so low!
Today is my day five of staying on plan
I eat my breakfast and have a vegetable with every meal (breakfast is kind of hard!)
I managed to get myself dehydrated last week because I was busy and not paying attention to my fluid intake, so I've been more careful about staying hydrated.
I drink 3 liters of water everyday. Its a new struggle for me, because although I only ever drink water, I was never drinking enough of it.
Also, I need to track my calories. It keeps me accountable. Once I found out my yummy little breakfast sandwich from panera had 600 calories in it, it didn't taste so good.
