13lbs down!!!

I'm so excited and ready to hit my first mini goal...20lbs. Only 7 more to go...

WOW!!! Congratulations!! One month and you lost almost double what most do at their BEST. You must be so proud but do not get discouraged if your metabolism starts getting used to losing weight....i am interested to know what you're doing to shred those unwanted lbs.!!

Well...6 of those lbs were in my first week.

Other then watching what I'm eating and exercise I'm not doing anything special.
