i'm UNDER my calories for the day enough that i feel like i should probably eat something else, but i'm so stuffed i already feel like i'm going to explode.
meal #1: 1/4 c. vanilla soy yogurt, 1/2 cup musli
snack: 1 large carrot, tofurkey frank
meal #2: an entire pint of grape tomatoes, 1/2 a spinach & tofu burrito
snack: 2 large carrots, 2 tablespoons baba ganoush
meal #3: 1 1/2 yellow bell peppers, 1 onion, 2 large carrots baked in 1/4 tbsp olive oil served with a wheat pita
you can seriously tell that my carrots were going to turn soon and i needed to use them up, haha!
