doing the Gold's Gym Challenge? My start date is Feb. 1st. I go take my before pictures and measurements on the 27th. I just had my second personal training session.....things are moving right along! I'm so excited (not for the pictures of course haha)

I'm a member at Gold's and saw something about this the other day but didn't inquire then. What are the details on the challenge?

Im not a member of Gold's gym but my gym is doing the same thing, and I think Im too embarassed to take the picture and get my messurments done, that I didnt join.

Katy-I think it differs between gyms because they are all franchised out...my gym actually takes it's local winners to the national competition! I've got it in my mind that I'm going to Vegas lol
