Angry Memorial Day Weekend

Who else put on weight after this weekend? So actually I started my weekend thursday, and took 5 days off from the gym and didn't really watch what I ate...and my weights up 2.5 lbs!!! I think its gotta be water weight mostly but still...grr...its really annoying! I worked out this morning though so I am feeling slightly better about it...I definitely wont let it be a deterrent to the month of june - if anything its going to make me push myself even harder to stay on top of things. Anyone else?

If my last weighin hadn't been artificially high because of TOM and a really crappy run, I definitely would have been up. I had two wedding showers over the weekend, and let's just say I went a little crazy on some cupcakes!

Oh lord me too. And I'm detoxing now because of the caffiene and sugar...kinda feel like crap. I didn't weigh this morning because I really didn't want to start my day off like that, but I'm sure I was up.

But it's June the 1st...a perfect day to get right back on track!

Cupcakes are seriously the most evil substance of the planet. The cake to icing ratio...it's so perfect. Damnit.

I don't know that my weight went up cause I'm dealing with measurements more than scales, and my waist stayed the same. I ate alot but I also went for a few walks and bike rides and all that so I think I was able to balance it out!
