Oh man....I admire you. Push ups are my arch enemy. I can kick a door down with these thighs but cant do 1 stinkin push up. I have this freakish lower body strength that just does not translate to the arms.

Yes its definetly just keep on doing them on your knees, I would do as many as I could(one in the beginning) and just keep at it. My arms must have ached for months! Now I can only do 5 and then 5 of the regular ones! I Know that it will increase soon. I mainly do bodyweight exercises and then walking.
