Food: (B) 1 Hot Apple with Cinnamon (L) Jacket Potato with 0% fat natural cottage cheese and lettuce (D) Slice homemade christmas cake, piece pork pie

Food: (B) 2 Hot Apples (L) Grilled Salmon, Jacket Potato, Salad (D) Boiled Apple, Slice christmas cake plus a few mints/toffees as snacks this evening.[/FONT
