I am so sorry to hear about your grandfather! My condolences to you and your family.
First of all I think it's great that you want to get back on track so soon! I don't think I could've in your situation.
Second, I seriously doubt that you've gained it all back (is it even possible?

), but I understand that the scale isn't tempting right now. My suggestion would be to set a date, like a week from today, where you decide that "today is the day I weigh myself. At noon. Or something like that.". This does however mean that you'll have to get back on track right now

But binging didn't make you feel any better, did it? So my suggestion is that you just continue on the good path you were on.
We all stray from time to time - for me there's just been christmas; five days of food galore! And sodas! And candy! Not good - but guess what... sh*t happens - the important thing isn't whether or not you stay on track 110% of the time, it's how you deal with getting back on the ol' horse once you've fallen off it.
You can do it! I'm sure of it!
Hugs,
Annie - who ate a whole box of marzipan at work two weeksish ago. Yeah. A box. By myself. Not good. We all fall off the wagon from time to time, trust me, it'll be OK!
PS! Don't forget how massive it is to lose 22 pounds. That is ALOT of weight, and you should be _very_ proud!
