Half a Muffin top? Really?
I noticed the other day when i got out of the shower that the little fluffy part on my right hip is like 3x bigger than my left hip. At first i thought it was the lighting but then i grabbed my hips and there's def a handful of muffin on the right that's not on the left. I figured no one would notice but then the next day my bf and i were wrestling (yes, we're tools like that) and when i got up, he was like, "omg i didn't realize i hit you that hard" he thought he hit my hip so hard that i started to swell up...but no, it was my one sided muffin top haha.
anywho, does anyone have any exercise suggestions that will allow me to target one hip at a time? i'm concerned that if i keep losing weight and don't focus on that spot that it will stay the same size and look even bigger...then i'll have to come up with a new creative name for it, and really, that's just too much work for me.
