I pigged out today but when I counted the amount of calories it only added up to 1400 so I guess it wasn't that bad. Since its Friday I will aim for no more then 2000 calories.

I definitely pigged out hardcore, mostly on champagne. I have full days of ski instructing Sat/Sun tho so I should be back on track

Yes me definitely. Didn't gorge myself to the point of sickness like I did on Thanksgiving, but definitely ate more cookies than I should have! It's only one day, and I told myself at the beginning of this week I was only hoping to maintain my loss. However, I'm ready to kick butt tomorrow whatever the damage may be!

I didnt necesarily pig out, just ate stuff that was no wear near healthy, lol. I didnt have time to exercise today, So Im praying I dont gain!!! Tomorrow 100% on plan!!!

I ate a cookie and a piece of cake and had HAM!!! Which I rarely eat meat like that because of the high sodium content but it was all good. I tracked my calories and Im only at about 1650 but I burned around 700 working out this AM....If anything it will be water wt from my high sodium number according to thedailyplate. Oh well off to a good day and wknd...I hope...lol!!!

Oh that's me!!! I made homemade pizza---which means it had everything I love on it.... and some almond park preztals to take to my parents... more of a weakness than cookies!! Gah!!! But I will be back on track and working out and shoveling out of the blizzard!

Oh my!!
I ate so much more than usual on Xmas eve and yesterday! I actually felt so much heavier. But from today I'm back on plan, I need to shift these 3extra lbs my scales we can do this!!!

I kinda pigged out on Christmas Eve (that's the bigger holiday in my family) but actually didn't eat above maintenance calories on Christmas Day. Now all that's left is surviving New Years, and then the holidays are over.

i didn't do too bad on the food yesterday... everything was relatively healthy that i ate as well. My major down fall was baking cookies on Christmas day and "testing" about 10 of them. they were super fatty baby shortbread cookies with cream cheese frosting. and the beer.....

Well, the good news is that the cookies are almost gone. I worked out today, and aside from cookies and cheesecake, ate mostly vegetables.

Tomorrow will be better. And Monday will be MUCH MUCH better. I have to get out of this house.
