time to pick myself up...

  • things have been going well for awhile but the past couple weeks have been terrible and i gained five pounds! its time to refocus and remember what i want.

    i need to go to target and the bank today and i think i might walk instead of drive just to burn the extra cals..
  • sounds good. refocus! don't let a 5 turn into a 15!! walking plan seems like a great idea

  • its been okay. ive gone back to eating in moderation, which is so hard because i am a foodie! but i realized that i would rather taste a little of something really good and not eat anything later than eat a bunch of random stuff for no reason. oddly enough, my weight went back down to normal, but i still want to break out of my comfort zone and lose more.

    its weird because i have no perspective as to what i look like. i've been wearing a size 7 jeans at hollister (only the stretchy ones) and tops that are m/s, and yet i feel the same as when i was wearing size 18 and xxl. i remember feeling like this in hs and then when i was bigger looking back and realizing that i was small!
