I was felling down today because my Weight have been changing a lot going from 146.8 to 150.2 , seen 150's again was to sad. Everything just for 2 days off.

Well them I was looking at my ticker , see how far I am to 19 something pounds to loss. Right now I have 21.8 , and I will love to have 19.9 left by january .
Them I saw the Waist Measurements, they ask you for starting , target and current waist . My target waist at that time "one year ago" was 35" whit a target weight of 125 . And today I am 36.5 so that means 1.5" vs 21.8 ponds.

I may be to far from my goal weight , but sure I will mash my waist Measurements. "I do my Measurements at my belly botton "

( Not mentioning that in the last losing weight year I was pregnant for 9 months .) jiji
