Just wanted to say hi and formally introduce myself. I'm a 26 year old stay at home wife and mom (I have 2 beautiful daughters, 23 months and 3 weeks old). I'm about 100 lbs overweight, but my initial goal is to lose 80lbs. I came out of this pregnancy weighing about 20lbs less than I started it at, and I've lost another 20lbs in the past 3 weeks since my daughter was born just by watching what I eat a little bit. Right now I'm working on making a meal plan for myself, it's a bit of a challenge even thought I "know" exactly what I'm supposed to be doing. I hope to be starting an exercise plan as soon as I get the go ahead from my midwife at my 6 week post partum checkup. So thats me, hope to get to know everyone better as time goes on!
