Default Finally Starting to Tell!!
Maybe this should be posted in mini-goals? But, anyways I am finally starting to tell that I have lost weight!

I know that seems crazy since I've lost over 30 lbs now ... but not until the last couple of weeks have I really been able to tell. I knew I dropped a pants size ... but noone else including myself (except for my wonderful fiance who would tell me I looked like a supermodel if I rolled down the isle ) has noticed anything.

I've just been plugging through kind of frustrated b/c I h/n noticed any real difference ... and then in the last couple of weeks all of the sudden I'm looking in the mirror and thinking, "Wow, that face looks slim ... no ... that face looks like me, the me I see in my head!"

Also in the last week or so I've had a bunch of people say, "Have you been losing weight?" One of my sisters, when I saw her a couple of days ago, was talking to me and suddenly stopped and said, "You look so thin, wow!"

I am so happy ... Plus I told myself when I lost 20 more lbs (from 192) that I would try on my wedding dress and take pictures again ... I am 3 lbs from being there! Woo-hoo! Sorry this is so long I just feel like celebrating!

Anyone else there?

Congrats! Those first few weeks of losing weight are so hard because you don't see the changes. But once you start to see the changes it is sooooooo amazing! Keep up the good work!

Ashbee, congrats honey!!!! I always feel like there's that intial period in your weight loss where despite seeing the numbers drop, you feel a bit hopeless, like a REAL, visible difference isn't happening. And that's where a lot of people quit, and give up...

But not you!!! You're kicking ***, 36 lbs, well done! And I bet that now that it's starting to show, you'll be shocked at what a difference ten lbs makes from 175 to 165.... as opposed to the minor difference between 205 and 195.

Keep going!

congratulations!! sometimes its hard to see a difference because we look at ourselves everyday.. but its a good feeling when it finally does show!!! keep up the good work girl!!
