Christmas Plans?!
What's everyone planning to do on Christmas? Try to follow your diet or eat what you want and not worry about it for a day?
I'm planning on working out/dieting every day until Christmas. Well, I plan on working out on Christmas eve, but then enjoying my meal and not worrying about counting calories. As for Christmas day, I think I'm just going to forget about counting calories and eat what I want, since it is a special day and since I'm planning on eating super healthy and working out until then, I'm just going to give myself a day off and not stress about it! The next day though, it's back to the gym for me!
This is going to be my first holiday for when I'm on my diet, and I feel like if I plan it out then I'll be able to enjoy the day instead of dreading it and feeling guilty the day of! How about you guys?
