15 Days On Plan
Hey everyone; I haven't been around alot until recently and I really want to stay motivated so I was thinking of doing a plan challenge again. I was hoping some of you might want to join in... ? :D
Here's how it works- you pick a goal or several goals and you do them everyday for 15 days, you can have one skip (such as bad TOM day or holiday) and after that you have to start over at day 1 You can join anytime- you just start at day 1. The first person to get to 15 days starts over the thread. I hope you guys like the idea and we can get it started again:) Here are my goals for each day: 1. No soda! 2. Stay under 1500 calories 3. Active at least 45 mins a day (cardio or weights) |

Ive been snacking too much and need to get back into my habit of faithfully logging my cals on fitday everyday AND keep them below 1500! I'll start Day 1 tomorrow! Good luck everyone! |

Ok, my plan 1. Stay under 1600 calories 2. No juice:nono: 3. Minimum 3 pints of water per day |
1.stick with exercising 6 days a week.
2. No eating junk food while im at work 3. stay positive (because im a pretty pessimistic person especially when it comes to weight loss) |

1. No food from the vending machine at work 2. No chocolate from the marketing closet at work 3. No candy from the display in my office 4. No extra treats from the break room at work Basically, no food at work that I didn't bring in with me! |

Okay, today is my Day 1, my goals are:
1. Keep my calories below 1500 2. Do some form of exercise after work 3. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT reply to texts or send text to exboyfriend (off topic, but hard as **** to do) 4. Do 2 online assignments for class 5. Start studying for exams hope I am doing this right, will post tomorrow for day 2 |

It's super hard for me to not eat all the junk they bring into my office too:) I have a subway right next door so if I tempted to not eat what I brought- I go there as my "treat" Today is day 2 of 15 1. so far so good...
Soda? really? All I ever drink is water... unless I'm not dieting... I love sweet tea... DAY 1 went really well and DAY 2 I already did more exercise than normal so thats fabulous Kobe I love that one of your goals is to not talk to the ex boyfriend :) I should make mine to stop emailing the ex even though he doesnt respond...however sometimes you just want answers... ugh... I cant promise I'll join you on this...bc well sometimes I'm crazy |
