I went missing there for awhile from the boards, from watching what I was eating or how often I was getting excersize...kinda got lost in the haze of alot of other things going on in my life...but I am unhappy with myself and am starting over fresh with the same goals as before, and hopefully this time will not allow anything to distract me, I need to form new habits that stick once and for all. I would love to reach my goal weight by my 26th birthday which is May 21st. Thats a little over 6 months. My goal weight is 130 minimum. I am 171 now so that's 40 lbs. Totally doable right? Let's get this going!
