Default Huge NSV!!
I am sooo excited! I just took my measurements..which I hadn't done since I was at my high weight (184lbs, back in March/April). I can't find the piece of paper I wrote my measurements before on, but I can remember what most of them were.

Drum roll please.........

Waist: Lost about 5 inches
Hips: Lost about 5.5 or 6 inches
Arms: Lost about 3 inches each
Thighs: I THINK I've lost about 4 inches each...I don't remember my thigh measurements from before as vividly as my other measurements
Chest: I have no idea...I can't remember my before measurement at all

So all together I've lost at LEAST 25 inches! Thats over 2 feet! I've been feeling really good about my weight loss, but seeing those numbers makes me feel GREAT!!

Wow, good job! That's awesome and it's even cooler when you add it all together and then put it in terms of feet!!

Good job! I *LOVE* taking my meassurements because even if Im not happy with my scale loss I take measurements and they are always down!

Thank you all!!!

If there's anyone who reads this that doesn't take measurements (or hasn't measured in a while!), I def. recommend you start doing it! I NEVER would have thought my measurements had changed THAT much! Seeing yourself in the mirror everyday really keeps you from seeing the changes going on.
