Default hi everyone

Hey!
My name is Lauren and i just joined. ive tried dieting before ,but im excited this time to have support from people on the same journey as me. im currently 175lb wanting to get down to 140lb mainly to be healthy but also to feel good about myself. anyone with any tips on exercising, ideas for food, or anything else to add please feel free im open to learning new ways to do this. Thanks!

Hi Lauren! welcome!!

I'm fairly new too, but let me tell you, this forum is sooo great. My favorite part is looking at the success stories. The before after/ progress pictures are truly inspiring! And there are new ones every day. The girls on 3FC really show us that regular people like you and me can make a change for the better!

Also, there is a ton of information about diet, exercise and fitness, so just read and learn!! Its great to come on here when you need motivation to get up and be active or go cook something healthy instead of eating crappy food!

Default not a newbie but have been MIA for a while

i'm not new necessarily but i havent been on in a while... like 2 months. i've gained back about 6 pounds. but mostly inches. i dunno how many. but i can tell in my clothes. they r getting snug agaain. and i'm starting to get depressed again. exersice helps with that. so, i'm back and not really wanting to get back into diet mode but i know after a few weeks i'll be ok. the hardest part is getting started. good luck. i really like this site.
