Default Out to dinner

Hi! i need some help! I am doing WW and we're going out to dinner tomorrow and i researched the menu and was wondering what you all thought the best lowest points would be... (or calories for those who dont do ww)

I will have about 12 points saved for dinner possibly 14 if i am a real trooper in the morning! just let me know your thoughts-- thanks guys!!

there is a spinach artichoke dip for an app (i love this, served with veggies... but i can probably skip it, especially if no one else orders it)

but for my meal i am debating a lobster roll (maybe not eat the bun?)

or baked stuffed shrimp

from what i can tell the lobster roll is probably about a cup of meat which is 2 points... butter on the side

and the shrimp from what ive read... and i could be wrong, i think it is 3 for 4 points? does that sound right?? thanks for your help!

I don't know the calorie counts or WW points of either of those foods, but I'd say go for the one that hasn't got mayonnaise or butter. Leaving out the bread roll is a sure way to cut probably about 150 calories which is maybe around 3 points, not got my points calculator handy right now.

It's a little more pricy, but I bet the following would be better (depending on portion sizes).

Herb Crusted Baby Scrod - $16.95
Lightly Breaded with Panko Crumbs & Fresh Herbs Accompanied by Lemon-N-Lime Aioli, Rice and Vegetables
