S: Applesauce (1) L: Lean cusine chicken and pasta (5) S: Popcorn (1) Carrots (0) D: Egg noodles (4) 3oz grilled chicken (3) S: (popcorn/ cookie?) i ran out of fruit today but just went to the store to get goodies! I just started weight my portions and boy oh boy was i eating WAY to much! i just measure and ate 3oz grilled chicken and feel full! who knew! lol |
