  • B - latte w 2% (150), balance bar (230)

    s - bowl sugar snap peas (50)

    l - pbj and carrots (450)

    s - celery w light garlic cheese (100)

    d - chicken and veggies (300) and fruit salad (150)

    total = 1380

    ex - 45 mins on elliptical at gym, 15 mins weights

  • B - two scrambled eggs

    S- 100 cal pack cocoa roasted almonds

    L - homemade tortilla soup

    D - Thai chicken wrap, zucchini

    Exercise - 3 mile run
  • B - slept in so no breakfast
    S - um.. slept till 12
    L - Egg omelet + cheese + green tea + 1 tbsp ketchup
    S - Water
    D - Hamburger patties + salad + 1tbsp mayo + 1/2 grapefruit

    E - 90 mins walking + 30 mins wii
  • B - one egg w/ tomato slice on english muffin
    L - salad - grilled chicken, lettuce, broccoli, roasted cauliflower, peas, cucumber and olive oil and vinegar dressing and brown rice.
    D - lentil soup w/ some of above salad

    B - turkey omelet & english muffin (190)
    L - Balsamic Chicken Salad (228)
    S - plum (30)
    D - going out to dinner. This restaurant's menu changes from day to day, so I'm going to allow myself ~625 calories
    S - not really a snack, lol, but I plan on having two beers at dinner (705)
    TOTAL - 1,778

    Exercise: 30 min. on the elliptical

    S - baby carrots
    L1 - leftover chicken and veggie stir-fry and brown rice
    L2 - nonfat yogurt mixed with cranberry orange relish
    S - 1/3 a packet of hot chocolate mixed with coffee
    D - Chili Dog Casserole - I'm not gonna pretend this is healthy but I'm fitting it into my calories!

  • B-2 eggs scrambled, canadian bacon, 1 slice toast
    S-hummus reduced fat wheat thins
    L-leftover beef stew
    S-south beach pb bar
    D-low cal low fat french dip sandwiches w/ a big salad
    S-probably a sugar free ice cream

    35 minute firm DVD
  • B- slice toast, banana, 1/2 cup milk
    S- sliced apple and grapes
    L- leftover ham, asparagus, and potatoes
    S- apple cinnamon rice cake, string cheese
    D- roasted chicken, rice, vege of some sort

    D: 1/2 cup brown rice and left of homemade fajita (400)
    S: ??? But I think it's going to be something junky like maybe a scoop of baskin robbin ice cream or some carmel corn my roommates mom sent.

  • B - 1 packet lower sugar oatmeal, 1/2 cup baked apples w/ walnuts, 8 oz skim milk

    S - grapes

    L - 1/2 Mexican stuffed pepper filling (2 oz ground beef, brown rice, onions), tomatoes, salsa, cheese, 2/3 c baked squash and apple casserole, 1 whole grain flatbread

    S- 1 small whole wheat soft pretzel (I make my own), 1 multigrain cracker

    D - 1 c bulger wheat w/ veggies, 2 oz chicken

    S- 8 oz skim milk with 1 packet fat free cocoa mix
