Default New here!

Hi everyone,

I'm joining this board because I lost a fair amount of weight a while ago and am slowly putting it back on... I lost 33 pounds on Weight Watchers, and since my low of 149, I've had an incredibly difficult time staying motivated. Even though I've been trying to stay on the program, I've been losing and gaining weight every other week. The gains outweigh the losses, and I'm now up to 167.

Like most people, I need support. I'm here for you, and I hope you'll be here for me, too.

It's nice to meet all of you! Best of luck, and lots of love.

"You've done it before and you can do it again" is the best encouragement a person can give. Thanks for the kind words, and thank you for the warm welcome! I'm really happy to become a part of this community.

Welcome. I will tell you what I tell all repeat losers (in this case loser is a good thing ). Tell us what you are going to do differently this time because if you do the same thing as last time you will end up regaining the weight again. In order to get a different result you have to do something different.

I say this so often I should put this in a signature.

This time, I'm telling people that I'm trying to lose weight so they can support me. It's impossible to expect friends and family to help you out when you're keeping it a secret!

Good luck! It is so true about informing people, also, I find then that I feel accountable to them as well as myself! You can do it!

Hello and Welcome.. I'm fairly new here myself and I've learned to pretty much jump in with anything you need/want to say. Everyone here is so nice and understanding.
