D - veggie burger, salad, 1/2 sweet potato
Smart ones santa fe rice & beans for breakfast (I work nights, don't wake up till 12pm!)
2 sweet & salty peanut bars (snack, not both @ once)
Strawberry slim fast for lunch
3 light yogurts (again, not all @ once)
Smart ones thai style chicken w/rice noodles for dinner
2 light string cheese sticks for a late night snack
Breakfast - special k with nonfat yoghurt
Snack - a dozen mixed nuts
Lunch - Sandwich (2 slices wholegrain bread with cucumber, tomato, cheese, ham, beetroot and pickled onion and a dash of homemade chilli tomato relish)
Snack - not sure, something small.
Dinner - Spinach and ricotta pie
Snack - 4 x arrowroot bikkies with a cup of tea!
