Default Random weird day and my first NSV!

So today after his 4 year enlistment my husband is getting out of the Air Force. We checked out of our house and have been eating like crap for the last few days! This afternoon we start our 14+ hour drive to get back to our new home in CO (where I've been living for the past 2 months by myself!)

He told me that when he was moving furniture (before I got here) he realized he was fat and needed to lose weight...I asked why and he said that he ripped his pants straight down the butt and down one of the legs when he bent over to pick something up! I'm laughing at him just because I can picture it but at the same time I think it was a wake up call for him so we can both get on track together once we get back to CO. He's gained about 25-30lbs since he's been in the Air Force, so we both have some work to do!

But now, moving on to my first NSV, I took up "running" (aka, a snails pace but picking up the distance!) when we started our 2 month separation and today before I jumped in the shower I realized that almost all of the cellulite on the back of my legs is GONE! I couldn't believe it! I wasn't seeing scale results and I was getting very discouraged, but today I saw this and it is motivating for me to keep working at it!

Congratulations, that's wonderful!

I have a loooot of cellulite on the back of my legs and have noticed that it's getting a lot better since I started losing weight. Hopefully it'll disappear enough that I can wear a pair of sort-of short shorts next summer. =)
