Breakfast: 1 cup shredded mini wheats with 1/2 cup 1% milk and 1/2 banana
Snack: Nature Valley peanut butter granola bars
Lunch: Sesame chicken Lean Cuisine, salad with non-fat cranberry vinaigrette
Snack: Pear, cheese stick
Dinner: 1/2 Qdoba burrito with only chicken, black beans, lettuce and salsa
**Edit: Ha! It's not even noon and I'm already editing this... Add three small (and delicious!) chocolates to my morning snack
B - bran flakes, skim milk, banana
S - baby carrots, roasted spaghetti squash seeds
L - leftover kielbasa, salad, apple
S - crackers
S - after-workout protein shake
D - ???
Total before dinner: 1045 calories
Exercise: run/walk 1 hour (if my back cooperates - I think I strained something), 45 minutes strength training
Yummy, Five Guys! Oh the things I would do for a little hamburger with mustard, LT, and jalapenos...mmm And there are no words for their fries...
B - egg & cheese on english muffin, soy milk (295)
L - pumpkin & honey oatmeal (243)
S - strawberry preserves on english muffin (150)
D - orange chicken salad (471)
S - wine (180)
Hey girls, I thought I'd join this thread! Need some accountability.
My breakfast wasn't too great...was rushing out the door this morning and they had some danishes in the kitchen, and I had a little leftover Mt. Dew on my desk from yesterday (in a bottle). But I'll still keep trying today! Here's the plan, I've already had breakfast and my first snack.
B- Small Danish, Mt. Dew
S- Mixed Nuts
L- Progresso Lite Chicken & Dumpling soup, 1% cottage cheese w/ peaches
S- Corn tortilla, 2oz. chicken breast, 1C carrots w/ 1T ranch
D- Don't know...I have a hair appt at 6:30 and then going to the boyfriend's. I'll keep my portions small!
B = Rice Chex cereal with 1/2 cup of 1% milk (175 calories)
S = 6 Triscuits, 2 slices of cheese (200 calories)
L = Turkey sandwich, green apple, baby carrots, SF Black Cherry Jello (180 calories)
S = 2 Ginger Snaps (60 calories) * I was starving during last block today
S = Nature Valley PB Granola Bars (180 calories)
D = Cheeseburger from the grill with small bit of potato salad (600 calories)
S = ????
Calories = Approximately 1430 so far with small wiggle room for snack before bed.
