last bad break up I had i did hybernate for a while- i would cut yourself some slack and do that for a few days

Its natural to feel horrible and just want to curl up into the foetal position, so I would indulge yourself in that, then after a couple days start picking yourself up. I would try to keep exercising if you can, it might make you feel better

And might get you around other people, which can be good for the loneliness. I went for long long walks every day for weeks after mine, maybe that can help, i found it really good for clearing your mind and just having time to think about things.
