10/05/09 Daily Intake Thread - post your meal plan!

  • B- Yogurt, coffee, bannana

    S- String Cheese

    L- Apple, orange, turkey sandwich

    D- Spinach salad with ground turkey taco meat


    Exercise - 1 hour run
  • B - banana and bran flakes with skim milk at home, coffee with 1 TBSP half & half when I got to work

    S - triscuit thin crisps

    L - Progresso light chicken and dumpling soup (too lazy to make anything for lunch), salad with light catalina dressing

    S - grapes

    D - roasted broccoli and (purple!) cauliflower, turkey kielbasa cooked in tomato sauce over brown rice
  • Breakfast - Oatmeal (2), green tea (0)
    Snack - Cottage Cheese w/ Granola (3)
    Lunch - Brown Rice (5), Green Beans (0)
    Snack - Cut Veggies (0), cookies (6)
    Dinner - Turkey/Hummus Sandwich (4), Veggies (0)
    Snack - Grapes (1), Luna Bar (3)
    Total for the day - 24 Points

    S - nothing
    L - Grilled chicken w/ black sesame, salad (lettuce, cucumber, red bell pepper, radishes, cherry tomatoes, ranch dressing)
    S - Grapefruit segments, almonds
    D - black bean veggie soup, caprese salad (tomato + lf mozzarella + balsamic vinegar + olive oil)

    Workout: 20 mins pilates + 60 mins walk
  • B - scrambled eggs with hot sauce
    S - string cheese
    L - homemade chicken wrap (chicken, alfalfa sprouts, guacamole in a lettuce leaf)
    S - grapes
    D - Mexican chicken soup

    E- 5 mile run
  • B: two pieces of toast (2) with hummus (1)
    L: WW chicken jalfrezi (4), makeshift naan bread (2), bag of chips (2) - bad, no veggies!!
    D: Pad Thai: 1/2 chicken breast (1.5), pad thai sauce (2), yellow pepper, green onion, carrots, and noodles (3)
    S: Hot chocolate with semi skimmed milk (3)
    = 20.5/20

    i wont have dinner till 830! im at school till then, so i have awhile to decide what i want to eat for dinner!!
