I think that motivation is probably the single hardest thing to grasp when trying to lose weight. Most people know what kinds of foods are bad, most people know that they should exercise... But most people just can't find the energy to do those things.
I post my goal weight ANYWHERE I will see it; a post it note on the bathroom mirror, on the fridge, right on my computer where I spend most of my days! I look at this and remember how badly I want to be healthy and thin and look like a sex kitten.
I look at pictures of women with rocking bodies too. If anything... A woman that looks better than me inspires competition.
