About 9 weeks ago I was at the beach with my aunt thinking about weight loss, not entirely sure what to do about it. I had bought a book - 9 weeks of tracking calories, foods, exercise, etc.. so I decided that the next day was going to be my start to it all! The only thing I did not do was take pictures! I wish I had now though.
These are my results!
Down 13 pounds
Chest : down 1 inch
Measured my waist in 3 places,
smallest part: down 1.5
biggest place: down 2.5
belly button: down 1.5
Hips: down 2.5
Thighs: down 1 from each
With all the places I measured I am down 10 inches! I am happy with my results, and can really feel it in my clothes. I am down 1 pant size
I didn't hit my weight goal, up 2 pounds, however TOM started this morning and I am feeling icky.
I just wanted to share my results, thanks for making it thru this... if you did..
I am a tad long winded!
