Thumbs up Kickin it back in gear for September

So I've really slacked the past two months My weights stayed within the same few lbs range although I've been eating really poorly lately due to stress and moving. But now that I am getting settled I need to start paying attention to what I am eating again and focus on starting to get excersize in and hopefully see some more of the weight come off. I am still not happy and I know I won't be until I lose a lot more weight. I just feel so uncomfortable in my own body and I hate it! Its time to start appreciating myself, and taking better care of me again. Here is off to a New Chapter!

September Goals:

Close to or at 161 by Sept 30th
Replace calorie beverages with water only except maybe on special occassion
Work out 4 days a week or more.

i have been the same for the whole summer ok maybe the last year to be truthful. and now i am starting to creep back up. . so i have decided that i am going to exercise for 1000 minutes in the month of Sept. that works out to 30 min a day everyday not too bad when you look at it that way. i also am starting to feel like i am letting myself down and in a strange way DH and DS too. why i do not know .

so far this month i have managed to exercise 3 out of 4 days so now i am having to make up 30 min some where in there. through out the month. but it is a step in the right direction.
