i have been the same for the whole summer ok maybe the last year to be truthful. and now i am starting to creep back up.

. so i have decided that i am going to exercise for 1000 minutes in the month of Sept. that works out to 30 min a day everyday not too bad when you look at it that way. i also am starting to feel like i am letting myself down and in a strange way DH and DS too. why i do not know

so far this month i have managed to exercise 3 out of 4 days so now i am having to make up 30 min some where in there. through out the month. but it is a step in the right direction.
