Yes I have these days- I've been much better (exercising more like 4-5 days a week instead of 1-2). I just set a time to exercise and do it. But I also have a rest day every few days so I don't feel burned out
LOL~ I have an ab slide that Only requires 3 minutes of my day & time And I HATE THAT PART OF MY DAY~AND Try my best to avoid it everyday....hahahahaha~ I also walk 2 hours a day And somedays I have to do just do it also!
I know how ya feel.
I'm having one of those days today... and yesterday... LOL
I hope your motivation comes back! Usually what I do to motivate myself is think about how good i'll feel after. And then I force myself to put work out clothes. Cause then i just feel silly sitting around in workout clothes so i just end up working out. I wish i could do that today but i just have so much to do! I have to leave in 5 minutes and I'll only be back at night so I don't know if i'll be that motivated by then!
Good luck!
I think everyone has these days. I usually make a "deal" with myself. I tell myself I'm still going to do it, I just won't go as hard as I usually do. Sometimes I'll take it a little easier, but I'll still burn 300+ calories! Sometimes I plan to take it easy and after five minutes I'm going just as hard as always!
I've just been so busy. I want to exercise, but I have no time. I tried to get up this morning to do it, but my body is SO exhausted. I'm hoping to get a good nights sleep Friday and get right back on track. I might do the 30 DS tomorrow after my appointment just for something.
Oh goodness, yeah. I have these days all the time. When I'd just rather sit around and do nothing. But, for the most part, I get in there and do it. Will power is a ***** sometimes.
Can't say that I do. I don't love doing exercise but its much better than the alternative. I guess I'm weird.
I think its because I love eating and love to eat the way I want. I couldn't do this if I didn't exercise and if I skipped a day I would punish myself more.

Ughhh - I'm so there. It's been a really rough week. I'm sick, it's TOM and I just lost a major business contract that represented about half of my monthly income. So I'm stressed too and busy trying to figure out how to replace that (or at least pay enough of the bills that we don't get into too much trouble).
And I know that shouldn't be an excuse not to exercise - if anything, I probably need it more, given all the stress I'm under. But I'm trying not to put too much pressure on myself as well - next week will be better!
Even though I love exercise I have those days too. But I find that after a good workout, even if I didn't feel like doing it in the first place, makes me feel more energized afterward. I never regret going to the gym
Exercise isn't so bad if you have your equipment in front of the TV. lol I have my stationary bike in front of the TV and it makes it easier. I don't necessarily want to do it, but I always feel awesome after a good workout, so I know it's worth it.
Everyone has those days when ;
they just don't feel like running, then don't run walk
they just don't feel like squatting 3 sets of 12, then squat 2 sets of 8
Point is, instead of just not doing anything at all coz you just dont feel like it, do something that will get you moving.... As long as you are doing something..
