Back on the Wagon, finally!

  • I am sure you have all heard this before.....but I am getting back on the wagon.

    I have been flirting with the idea the last couple weeks, eating better, running a little, etc. But I hadn't really committed. I stepped on the scale this weekend (I have been avoiding it) and realized I need to seriously re-commit myself, I have gained 10 pounds back!

    Earlier this year I got my dream job, moved states, and we are (still) trying to sell our house in our old state. I was thrown off my beloved routine but after 5 months I can't use that excuse anymore.

    This site helped me so much when I originally committed to lose weight and get in shape. I would really love to start 2010 at my goal weight!
  • Good for you! I'm back at it after a month of no exercising and eating WHATEVER and HOWEVER MUCH I wanted to while on vacation. I gained five pounds on my little hiatus, but that's ok. The point is that we recognize that we need to get back on track and we're doing it. Good luck, girl. 2010 at 120 is a good goal. If I can get down to 150 by then I will be SOOOO happy, but I'll take getting my energy back and boosting my metabolism, even if I only lose 20 pounds. We can do it!!!!
