I'm in. I very much want to get out of the 200s. I've been here for years and I'm sick of it. I know that I'm headed in the right direction, but I desperately want to see 199 before school starts back for me towards the end of August. Heck, even 199.8 would work!
I've been stalled for a while, but I read a bunch of old threads and now I'm trying to do cardio in the morning before breakfast to see if that helps.
