I'm with you all. I've been at 187 for about a month now! I know I'm losing inches because I go to the gym consistently, but that scale WON'T go down!
Here's to being out of the 180's by mid-January!

Ok I've been gone for a while but i'm still in the 180's. I was at 186.8 yesterday. Hoping to get out of them soon. Had a little backslide and gained back up to 202 in October so it's good to back in the 180's, but know I want out!!!

My weight has been fluctuating wildly, but I think it's safe to say I'm out of the 180's. I was 180.0 two days in a row and then it went 178.8, 175.4, 176.4, 178.4 and today, 179.6. So I am close to 180 but I'm not going back. So ya'll come join me in the 170's!

So, I weighed today and despite the fact that I was dreading this weighin, I actually lost. It was only a pound but still, I'll take it. I hope to ramp up this loss. I haven't been eating too well and my activity is good but not where it typically is. Anyways, still glad to be losing. Woohoo! 185 is a mini goal and my former absolute goal. lol.

lol...I have just been making it calorie-wise but I'm having problems making them quality. There's something about my parents' houses that makes me a wild woman. I just need to calm down, keep up my workouts, and get with the program. Am supposed to have starbucks with a friend tonight. Well, I will go but no coffee for me. I ate three pieces of papa john pizza tonight. Yeah....

Blast. I am up 1.4 lbs. Not fun. lol. I am supposed to get my TOM today so I'm hoping that has something to do with it. Also, have eaten very poorly this week at home. No matter, I can lose it again. Will persevere to reach goal.

Go redliss! you have the right attitude. I'm been staying the same 181.5 for awhile now, but I have been eating not-so-great. Tonight I WILL go to the gym though! Tomorrow morning i'll get on the scale and see if it decided to move. I'm scared it might go up... *crosses fingers*

Haha, so yesterday was first day of TOM and I checked today just to make sure I was really 187. Nope. Says 185. Actually a 185 that's .6 less than what I was last week. I hate when that happens. Oh well, it wasn't on weigh day so I guess I'll have a big loss next Monday :)
