HI!
Today was my first day with "real" calorie counting. I survived (obviously) and it went well. What bothers my a bit that itīs TOM so I donīt want to jump on the scale (water weight). The last time I weigh myself was about three weeks ago...So I have no idea what I weigh now. Ok, Iīll have to go to bed now- need at least a bit sleep! |
I'm still here! Still bouncing between 182-185 I just can't get out of the 180's. I'm gonna do everything I can now...calorie counting, working out whatever. I'm in the Sexy By Labor Day Challenge as well and only have 7 weeks to get to 165 (my personal mini-goal). That's an average of 2.5 lbs a week. I gotta step it up! But it's TOM right now and I weighed in at 182 on Monday so maybe I'll be leaving you all soon.

I have been stuck in the 180's for about 2 months now! Its driving me crazy!!!!! I know the problem though. I have became extremely lazy and just don't exercise. I lost all the weight I have by just eating right,but now I guess I need to get my butt in gear.

i haven't been on here in a looooooong time, but i think i wanna jump back in here because i've been bouncing around the 180s for a long time and i'd rather be bouncing around the 170s.
i just gotta keep motivation |

I've been stuck in the 180's for like 6 months. Of course, most that time i was not really trying to lose weight, i wasn't giving it my all. Now i'm ready to see the 170's!!
I'm at 183 right now, I restarted tracking my calories and have bumped up my workouts too. I'm hoping to reach the 170's by my birthday in August. |

I weighed in at 181 this Monday and am hoping to be into the 170's SOON.

I weighed in at 185.2 this morning after going up to 189 from bad weekend eating. Good to see it going back down!

krock - Congrats on making the scale move back down. I know it's never easy after you've had a couple of bad days.
merose - Yeah I have my fingers crossed. My next weigh-in is July 27th, and if I can have lost just 2 pounds over those two weeks I'll be at 179! Well I guess I just have to wait and see! |
I am SO over being in the 180s. I'm ready to say goodbye to them FOREVER.

:woo: I finally weighed myself this morning (TOM is gone and I felt a bit de- bloated, so I risked it) and I am down to 182lb! "Only" three pounds to go. I guess i will be in the 170īs in a few months....

Weighed in at 178.8 this morning! But I doubt I will be leaving you ladies for long. I'm having some health issues and I really can't do anything the next month. Seriously nothing....I'm not on bed rest but might as well be. So I'm really hoping that I can at least maintain I would really love to hit my mini-goal of 165 by Labor Day but I don't see that happening. Good luck to all you ladies you're doing great!!!
