Hey Yall!
I've been bad this week. I binged 2 days and have been slacking on the exercise. No worries though! I realized that is counterproductive to my diet and am starting the week with some teeny goals! Im going to work out at least 3 times this week and I won't go over my advised caloric intake (found it with the lose it app). weighed in the last couple of days at 184.5 which is only 2 lbs lighter than I was a week and a half ago, but I'll take it! Especially with my binges! Grats Carissa!!! Hope I can join you in the 170s soon |

178.6, 178.8 the last few weigh-ins. Ladies I am officially out of here! Hang in there and don't let frustraton take away your dedication. Remember I was 181 last May and it took me almost a year to get to this point.

I am SO surprised. I hadn't weighed in for 6 days, and had been eating like crap the WHOLE time. Whataburger twice, mcdonalds once, pizza twice, chinese food once.... I'm down to 182.5!!! I have no idea how...but that's okay. That means I'm almost at 70 freaking pounds lost. How crazy is that. lol |
Yeah Change! Congrats divine fidelity, 70 lbs is so much! You should be so proud. You're almost there. I bet it feels great.
On my end, TOM is freshly started. Tomorrow's weigh in...not looking good. I hate TOM weigh ins because the first few days I bloat like its my job and put on easy 5 lbs. grrr....well, I guess that'll contrast loss for next week. A part of me feels like i should focus on maintenance for now and then focus and hit the loss part with restricted calories once championship season is over. Also, I will have more time because I can work closer with our strength and conditioning and nutrition staff. That may be the answer. We shall see. |
so no weigh in today because i ate a pita last night 3 hours before going to bed.. but i couldn't help it, i kept under 1100 calories all day long, and my dinner consisted of green beans and an avocado (no groceries) so when my boyfriend called and asked if i wanted a pita, i agreed! but it's okay, the fattiest thing in my pita was tzatziki and honey mustard (both are low cal!)
anyway, today i've been completely off plan, so if my weight changes i'll be back to post :) congrats change!! feral i know what you mean! the past couple days i've been seeing the same numbers and i haven't been able to get lower! |
yaaay! 188 today!! hope today i see another loss.. even if it's half a pound :) TOM is still here, so i'm surprised to see a loss during TOM! I'm really beginning to think that the 30 day shred actually makes me lose a lot of weight... hrrrm

Wow! Finally, some movement! I've been 187.something since around 3/22. Today, I finally saw something different! 185.6! Woo hoo!

Weighed in today during TOM. Up 1.6 lbs. Expected it. I gain like crazy during TOM. I will be good htis week and the loss will look huge next week in comparison. lol. Congrats to everyone who lost this week. :D

I lost just over 2lbs this week which is pretty good considering I just got my period, so I'm calling it 187 and smiling :D |
