Oh boy, I don't have good news either. 183 this morning from 180 last Thursday.
Granted, I know that I wasn't good on the weekend. I'm just hoping it'll fall off within the next day or so if I keep drinking water.

I'll be going to a bachelorette on May 1st, so I declare a new mini-goal! I will focus the next 12 days on getting down to 178 lbs!

Keep at it girls! And keep the positive energy!

Official weigh day! 182.8!! And finally I've lost 15 pounds! :cheer: I hope to be out of the 180s within the next two weeks.

Hello all! I'm new around here and could DEFINITELY use a place for encouragement and accountability. About a year ago I got married at a beautiful (although still slightly over wright ) 167! I'm not at 188 :(!!!! I REFUSE to hit the 190's!!

So, I'll be keeping up with you all until we all Creep out of the 180's together and then attack the next goal.

I still don't have wonderful news.... Seems I have myself tied up in a rut! I am 183.6 this morning which is 0.6 lbs up. I have been getting looser since the nice weather has come around which means that I've been having a beer or two sitting out on the patio, saying "sure, I'll have half of that burger patty in addition to what I've already put on my plate".
Time to make the change! I made up an excel chart to track my progress with a goal of being 170 lbs as of the end of May. There's no more sticking my head in the sand!

Hope everyone has been doing much better than I have been! Where is everyone anyway?

I weighed in at 187 again yesterday, I had a pretty indulgent few days at the end of last week, so it's my own fault, I'm just glad I didn't gain!!

Back on track is my new mantra :)

186.0 this morning, Up .6 from last weeks weigh in after a semi indulgent weekend (and a lot of sodium)... ready to kick this 80s in the FACE.....

Thanks, ladies! This morning's weight was 181.8! I'm happy about it but my mind is telling me to not get too excited because it's very likely it'll go back up within these next few days. I have a slight hamstring injury and don't know what to do. Does anyone know exercises I can do that won't hurt me more? Walking, running, elliptical are obviously out.

I was back down to 185.2 this morning. My body is so weird. TOM will be here by the weekend... yay. So hopefully a little gain and a big woosh at the end! *Crosses fingers*

182.2 today... at least that's some good news compared to what's been goin on the last few weigh ins. not getting excited about it quite yet though.... Need to have some hardcore workouts to solidify the loss!

okay, so official weigh in andddd 188 :) i'm hoping i don't go back up to 189 anymore!! i think i stopped having as much protein, and so i had a breakfast FULL of protein yesterday, and even though i only had two meals (the second one being 10 hours later and pizza) i lost a pound. honestly dont know why my body is like this, but it is. anyway, today was same breakfast, and i'll eat smaller meals throughout the day adn stay under 1400 calories, and if i see a loss again tomorrow, i KNOW it's the protein that's helping :)

Finding me again-
Sounds like we are in a pretty similar situation. I was about 165 in Sept of 2007 when I got married. Overweight then..and then I did get in the 190's...195. I got some of the weight off last year to about 182...I have been working had since St Patricks Day-I weighed in this morning at 172.0. You can do this! We can make it back to 165ish.
