okay, here the backstory...
saturday was my weekly weigh in day, 172.5. i was stoked, nice gradual pace downward, doing everythig right diet and exercise wise.
so saturday night, me and the db went out for a date night. he picked pf changs which i thought was a nice idea, since that was where our first date was over a year ago. i totally threw caution to the wind and ordered whatever i wanted, we were gonna be good and start with the lettuce wraps but the waiter roped us in to an awesome fried galore appetizer. i wont go in to the details of all we ate, but today calculated every I ate from their nutritional information....2627 calories!!!
now, that was the only meal i ate that day, wasnt hungry before eating and i def as not hungry for the rest of the night.
so i stepped on the scale this morning to assess my damage and give me an idea of what kind of extra restrictions i need to do this week. the scale read 171.5?!?!?! i stepped off and back on and got the same reading.
what is going on??? my meal was mostly fried, so i know the fat content was through the roof, and i can only imagine so was the sodium, at the very least i should be holding onto some water.
anyone have any ideas what kind of scale voodoo could be going on?
im still going to up the clean foods and exercise this week to flush the ickies that i ate over the weekend, but any insight you wise ladies may have would be greatly appreciated.
